Taxes

Nordic Wine Experience Oy has the permit from Finnish Customs to act as tax representative. We pay in behalf of our customers all excise- and packing material taxes. Excise tax (2009) is 1,93 Eur / 0,75 ltr bottle (2,57 Eur/ltr). The packing material tax is 0,38 Eur (0,51 Eur/ltr). These taxes and VAT is already included in our rates and we take care of paying them in your behalf, if you authorise us to take care of them and the transport service. Authorising happens in the process of the ordering. This way the ordering is easy and doesn’t require any other processes.

Privat customers

Privat customers will always pay VAT, which is 22% in Finland. VAT is included in the wine and transportation rates.

Companies in Finland

When you register as customer and give your company register number (Y-tunnus), then we will invoice you without VAT.

Transportation

We promise to deliver the products within 2-4 weeks from the date that we have received your payment. Products will be delivered into the address given by you. Transportation company will contact you in advance, before the goods are going out for delivery. Transportation service requires authorisation, which can be given during the process of ordering. We cannot sell wine to persons under 18-years of age. Young consignees have to be able to prove their age when asked.

Pick up

If you have chosen to pick up yourself or arrange another transportation service, then you need to take care of your excise- and packing material taxes yourself. Furthermore you may contact us in order to agree upon the reliese of the wines. info (at) viiniagentit.com

Delivery rates:

Delivery rates are generated as follows:

0-24 bottles = 23,00 Eur / delivery
25-48 bottles = 27,00 Eur / delivery
49-200 bottles = 30,00 Eur / delivery
over 200 bottles = 45,00 Eur / delivery

Examples:

With 24 bottles, delivery cost is about 0,96 Eur / bottle
With 48 bottles, delivery cost is about 0,56 Eur / bottle
With 120 bottles, delivery cost is about 0,25 Eur / bottle
Pallet of wine, for example 600 bottles, delivery cost is about 0,21 Eur / bottle

Wine is sold by full cartoons only. Cartoons have most often 6, 10 or 12 bottles. Deliveries from this shop only to Finland. .
