Registration

When ordering first time, you need to fill in your basic contact information. This happens also during the ordering process. After the registration, when you have got your username and password, the next order is faster when you can log in with those. When you visit your own account, you may check your order that you just might have done, your old orders, change your contact information and password, or order the newsletter, cancel the newsletter order and watch or change the reminders you might have ordered.

Ordering

Ordering happens easily by searching the products from serch by winery or by type of wine. Selecting wine you may do by clicking Buy button. When you have have selected the wines and they are in the cart, then you may continue to Cash register and finish the order. When you have confirmed the delivery address, way of delivery and payment – then your order is ready. When we receive your order, we send you confirmation via email.

Paying

Credit Card payment is done immediately when order and payment is processed. If you select invoice to your way to pay, then we will send you invoice via email. Go to your own bank program and do the payment buy usingin for example the SEPA-payment. SEPA is the way to pay inside EU safe and fast by using the IBAN and BIC codes. You will find these codes from our invoice and ofcourse we recommend to copy and paste these long codes.
